1. PUR sandwich panel

Polyurethane (PUR) is a reaction isocyanate which formed by polymer and urethane segment. PUR products have two major categories which including foam products and non foaming; Foaming products including soft, hard, semi rigid PUR foamed plastic; Non Foaming products including paint, adhesives, elastic and elastic fiber etc... Rigid PUR foam is mainly used as insulation material for refrigerator, refrigerator industry.

The sandwich panel which used for cold room is polyurethane plate with metal finishes with both sides, the main technical indicators depends on three aspects:one is foam density, normally is 38 +- 2kg/m3; second is foam thickness, the common specification are 50,60,75,100,120,150,180,200 mm; third is the metal thickness, the common facing is color steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate and salinization plate, the plate thickness is generally between 0.3-1.2mm.

The Cold room,blast freezer, cold storage room is for final products keeping for poultry processing plant. After birds are processed on processing line with bird reception machine, poultry slaughtering unit, pre-chilling system chicken evisceration machine,weighing and grading machine,chicken cut-up machine, chicken by-products handling equipment, the birds products finally sent it to cold room for storage room.
