Glaze Tile Forming Machine This glaze tile Forming Machine is the special Roll Forming Machine for steel cold-form industries. It cans continuous form the steel sheet according to customer’s requirement, automatically cut to length. This equipment has many advantages, just like high forming speed, low noise, stable transmission, easy operation, good look and so on. Main technical parameters: 1. Material steel, thickness, 0.3-0.8mm, coil width, 1250mm 2. Forming speed, 4M/min (includes stamping time) 3. Forming roller station, 10stands 4. Main motor power, 5.5kw 5. Hydraulic station motor power, 11kw 6. Roller material, NO.45 steel with treatment, coated with chrome 7. Roller shaft material, 40Cr steel with treatment 8. Roller shaft diameter, φ76mm 9.
