Forming station: 24 stands 4. Main motor power: 7.5kw 5. Hydraulic motor power: 4kw 6. Roller material: No.45 steel of high grade material and surface coating with chrome 7. Roller shaft material: No.45 high grade material after treatment 8. Main roller dimension: φ68mm 9. Hydraulic pressure: 10-12Mpa 10. Cutting type: hydraulic motor drive, cutting after forming 11.
